Depending on the type of business and if you are in contact with others outside of the company or dealing with money. It really depends on the type of job you are interviewing for. Asking about trust and dependance as well as past employers and jobs, references, education level, the way you present yourself plays the largest role of an interview. Your speech also plays a major role. Many of the questions will be trick questions checking for honesty and such. Things like if you were to find an X amount of money, what would you do with it. When you will be able to start work. Your capabilities for the job. Your experience with actions you will be performing for the job. Your people skills. Why did you leave your previous job. Why do you feel we should hire you instead of someone else. What sets you aside from other applicants. A series of scenarios that you could be faced with and the answers you give them will tell them if you are sincere about the job. How much you want or need the job. There are so very many things and ways to go about an interview. One of my biggest things is how they represent themselves and how they answer my questions....not what they say for their answer, but the way in which they answer and if they seem sincere and dependable.

1. Tell me about yourself.
2. Why do you want to work for us?
3. How are you different from the other candidates?
4. What are your greatest strengths/weaknesses?
Every interview I've been in, they have asked these.

Why do you want to work for this company? (do your homework, answer the question with compliments to the company)
What do you think you can bring to this company? (list any skills and experience, if none, express ambition to learn and train)
What is your best asset?
What is your worst weakness? (turn it into a positive; i.e. slow=detail oriented, inexperience=willingness to learn new things, etc.
Why did you leave your last job? (not fulfilling enough, unfair work environment, long commute to and from work place, etc.)
You not only want to be prepared to answer unexpected questions but when you start answering, don't stop and wait for the next question. Keep takling about yourself, your accomplishments and your potential so that you answer their questions before they even ask. Don't bef afraid to brag about yourself, that's what they want to hear. That's what I did in my last interview a year ago and I was hired on the spot. Interviewees are supposed to go through a second interview but they did't think it would be necessary. GOOD LUCK!!!
